Fairweather Consulting has completed the Draft Cultural Heritage Tourism Strategic Plan. This plan has been reviewed by staff and the Common Council. We are now releasing it for your review and comments. Attached are two documents, which include a detailed financial analysis. We ask that you review these documents. Peter Fairweather will give a brief overview of the Draft Report and then take questions and comments from stakeholders. We would appreciate your comments and look forward to your attendance.
