And now, on Saturday, March 24 at the five members of the team will be on hand to show you in person how to set up and manage accounts, answer questions and provide insight to how social media helps you or your business.
“We want to show them impact of how social communication is very effective on our lifestyle,” said Kish Melwani, Executive Team Leader of .

“People have this illusion, they are scared, because social media can literally make or break your business sometimes,” Melwani said. “It’s because of that fear that people don’t join it.”

Melwani said that some business that already have accounts took the first step but have questions on how most effectively to use it. How often do you tweet? How do you use hashtags? What is an @ symbol and what does it mean? How do I make my Facebook page more engaging? How do you blog?
These, and any other technology or social media related questions will be answered on Saturday at the Experience by Melwani and his team.
And don’t worry, in addition to the performances, free food and toys on hand at the Experience to entertain children, ServiceByte will have a video game corner set up to keep the kids busy as parents learn to use their adult “toys.”
Melwani will also have some iPads on hand for people to check out and learn about.
One of the biggest parts of ServiceByte is their free help desk. They started with answering technical questions like how to handle an error or alert.
“A lot of people like to (get technical help while they are home) and they want it to be timely and not have to wait 24 hours,” Melwani said.
ServiceByte answers questions they receive through their help desk within two to four hours. They offer at home assistance, if the customer prefers. Or, they provide software for you to upload to your computer, which then allows the team to remote in and fix problems from their office while you sit at your computer and watch exactly what they are doing. Basic help desk Q and A help is free.
Melwani is expanding his business to include social media experts and he already employees five technicians who are skilled in their field and ready to help.
