4. Veterans Memorial Park Opens Today

5. Weekend Weather

Expect rain today. The National Weather Service forecasts a 90 percent chance of rain with a steady temperature around 67 degrees. The rain should continue into the night. Saturday’s forecast calls for light rain before noon and partly sunny skies with a high near 80 later in the day, with clear skies and a low around 58 at night. Sunday is expected to be sunny with a high near 82 and a night time low around 63.
