Meeting Schedules, Agendas For Peekskill, Cortlandt

PEEKSKILL-CORTLANDT, NY — Here’s a look ahead at public meetings scheduled for the week of Dec. 19.

In Peekskill, the Committee of the Whole is scheduled to meet at 7 p.m. Monday, Dec. 19.

The agenda and supporting documents can be found here. were posted to the city’s website. The agenda includes presentations by the planning department, election certification, appointing the official newspaper and banks and an executive session on collective negotiations and pending litigation.

Peekskill City Hall is at 840 Main St. in Peekskill.

In the town of Cortlandt, there will be a Joint Board Meeting with the village of Buchanan at 6 p.m. Monday, Dec. 19. The purpose of the meeting is an executive session to discuss sewers.

It will be held at the Cortlandt Town Hall, Nyberg meeting room, 1 Heady St. in Cortlandt Manor.

A special Town Board Work Session will follow at 7 p.m. Dec. 19. The agenda calls for an executive session for legal and personnel issues.

The village of Buchanan will have a meeting of the Board of Trustees at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 20. No agenda was published at the time of this writing. The agenda, when posted, can be found here.
