TripAdvisor publishes a list of the best dessert places in Westchester and the ratings are based on the number of positive reviews.

Peekskill and Cortlandt have two dessert places among the top contenders. They are Homestyle Desserts in Peekskill and Dream Cakes Bakery in Cortlandt Manor.

Homestyle Desserts won reviews such as “excellent desserts and cakes” and “sweet.” Homestyle Desserts made second place on the list of all the dessert places in Westchester.

One reviewer praised Dream Cakes Bakery as having the “best tasting and most beautiful cakes anywhere.”
