Peekskill Man Facing Drug Charges

A 36-year-old Peekskill man who was arrested after a 14-month investigation is facing felony drug charges, officials say.

Peekskill Police apprehended Terrance Scott—who is accused of possessing and selling crack cocaine—at about 7:15 p.m. May 28. Detectives Anthony Malfitano and Joseph McGann made the arrest.

Scott is facing the following felony charges: three counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance and three counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance. He was held for arraignment.

The investigation was a joint one, with law enforcement officers from Peekskill and the Westchester County Police Narcotics Unit.
