Peekskill Police Arrest Woman after Year-Long Investigation into Heroin Sales
Peekskill police arrested Deborah Downs on March 21.

A Pleasantville woman is scheduled to appear in Peekskill city court in July after she was arrested for heroin sales earlier this month.
Peekskill police arrested Deborah Downs, 42 , of Pleasantville, and charged her with two felony counts each of drug possession and sales on March 21. Police said the arrest was made following a one-year investigation into heroin sales.
Police did not say if the Downs arrest is connected to any of the earlier arrests made by police this year. But police did admit to having past dealings  with Downs.

Although the address listed for Downs is in Pleasantville, police said it is unclear if she was also living in Peekskill part-time at the time of her arrest.
Downs was arraigned and sent to Westchester County Jail without bail.
