Physical Dispute and Property Damage on Crompond Road
A Putnam Valley man was arrested for allegedly getting in a physical fight and damaging a Cortlandt resident's car.

The New York State Police arrested a Putnam Valley man on April 1 after responding to a 911 call reporting a dispute on Crompond Road in Cortlandt. Raymond Difrancesco allegedly engaged in a physical dispute wih a resident of that location and damaged numerous items inside the house and damaged the victim's car that was partked inthe driveway, police report.
The total estimated value of damages exceed $250 which makes the crime a felony. Difrancesco was charged with felony criminal mischief and was processed and issued an Appearance Ticket returnable to the Town of Cortlandt Court on April 13 at 9 a.m.
