A 44-year-old Peekskill man is facing felony drug charges in connection with his alleged possession and sale of heroin.
Peekskill Police Detectives Anthony Malfitano and Joseph McGann arrested Wayne Inesta Friday evening. The apprehension follows an eight-month investigation by the Peekskill Police Department and the Westchester County Police Department.
Authorities charged Inesta with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance. He was held for arraignment.
