Police: Cortlandt Manor Woman Stole Checks from Parents

A 23-year-old Cortlandt Manor woman is scheduled to appear in Cortlandt court after she allegedly stole more than $1,300 from her parents, according to state police.
Troopers arrested Andrea Saragnese, 23, of Cortlandt Manor, on Nov. 23 and charged her with fourth-degree grand larceny. Police allege that Saragnese stole and forged $1,335 worth of checks from her parents.
Saragnese was living with her parents at the time of the thefts. She was arraigned and sent to the Westchester County Jail with bail set at $2,500.
She has since made bail and is scheduled to appear in town court on Monday, Dec. 3.
