Police Investigate Bomb Threat at Hen Hud High School

The school had an early dismissal while police searched the building. Nothing was found.

State Police are investigating a bomb threat that forced classes to end early at the Hendrick Hudson High School this afternoon.

Shortly before 1 p.m., police said someone discovered a note in a bathroom that indicated a bomb was going to go off. 

Brian Monahan, interim superintendent of Hendrick Hudson schools, said school was dismissed early while state troopers searched the building with K9s.

No threat was found.

Monahan said the district will continue its regular evening schedule today.

State police said the incident remains under investigation.
