Readers Choice: Best Place for Milkshake or Smoothie?

On a hot summer day or, in this year’s case, on a hot spring day, sometimes there is just no better way to cool down then with a vanilla milkshake or fruit smoothie. There are a few places in Peekskill and Cortlandt that can provide that thick, cold and sugary treat in dozens of different flavors.
