Readers Choose Bark Avenue as Best Pet Groomers
Bark Avenue Grooming and Boutique took an early lead in this week's Reader's Choice and stayed ahead of the game.
Early on in this week's Reader's Choice, drew many positive comments, and kept its momentum.
60 voters cast their ballots in and the Buchanan based pet groomers earned 41 votes, which was 68 percent. The Peekskill Animal Hospital, Accent Groomers and Pink Dogue Salon (which was added mid-week after requested by a reader) were all tied with five votes each. Pet Smart was behind by one vote. The poll was closed at 9 a.m. this morning.
Bark Avenue has been in business on Lindsey Avenue for the last 10 years. It is owned and operated by Sandra Clausen, the "Sandi" that readers raved about in the comments of the article.
