ShopRite, Support Autism Research; AMVETS Bridge Closed; Easter Egg Hunts

Five things you need to know today, April 2.

1. ShopRite and Autism Speaks

ShopRite Supermarkets, Inc. and Autism Speaks have come together to support funding for research into the causes, prevention, treatments and a cure for autism. Until April 7 all ShopRite stores will be collecting donations to support this great cause. Customers have the option of donating $1.00 or $5.00 to the Autism Speaks organization, and have their donations added right to their orders at checkout.

2. AMVETS Bridge Closed for Traffic on April 1

5. Happy April

According to the National Weather Service this week will start off in the mid-50s with clouds and some sun today. Rain is predicted for Tuesday and Wednesday and then it should get nicer by the end of the week with more sun.
