State Police Capture Two Fugitives in Peekskill
State police investigators arrested Kimberly Falk and Jermaine Curry, both of Peekskill, earlier this month on two separate warrants for parole violation earlier this month. Curry was on parole for a burglary conviction and Falk for felony DWI.

State police investigators and U.S. Marshals apprehended Kimberly Falk, 44, and Jermaine Curry, 37, both of Peekskill, last week after they were wanted for violating their paroles.
Curry and Falk were brought into custody Friday and sent to Westchester County Jail.

Curry, who is on parole for burglary conviction, had been in hiding for about a year, according to state police investigators. A spokeswoman from the state Department of Corrections and Community Supervision said Falk has violated parole three times.
Falk, who is on parole for felony counts of driving while intoxicated and aggravated DWI, had been in hiding for about a month, according to investigators.
