A jack-knifed tractor-trailer accident on Route 9 in the Town of Cortlandt led to delays Monday morning.
The accident occurred at about 6:35 a.m., according to a notification from NY-Alert.
Seven other cars were involved, and cleanup was ongoing as of about 8:30 a.m., Will David reports on LoHud.com.
