A 59-year-old Cortlandt Manor man is facing a misdemeanor charge of driving while intoxicated following a recent arrest.
Troopers from the Cortlandt barracks arrested Steven Giovinco at about 10 p.m. Saturday on the Taconic State Parkway in Yorktown.
The defendant was released to a third party, pending a future appearance in Yorktown Justice Court.
