
A 29-year-old Ossining man was drunk behind the wheel as he traveled on southbound Route 9 in Cortlandt this weekend, officials said.
State troopers arrested the man at about 4 a.m. Sunday. They stopped him for failing to maintain his lane of travel.
The defendant's blood-alcohol level was 0.15-percent. The legal limit is 0.08. He was charged with misdemeanor driving while intoxicated and released pending a Jan. 17 appearance in Cortlandt Justice Court.
