A 24-year-old Cortlandt Manor man is facing a misdemeanor charge of driving while intoxicated following a recent traffic stop, according to police.
State troopers made the arrest at about 3:50 a.m. Thursday on Westbrook Drive in Cortlandt. The driver reportedly committed two traffic violations: moving from a lane unsafely and failing to signal.
The defendant was released pending a future appearance in court.
