A 25-year-old Lake Peekskill man is facing a felony charge of second-degree disseminating indecent material to a minor, according to officials.
Francis E. Wheeler is accused of sending an inappropriate photo of himself to a 16-year-old Patterson girl. Police said he and the teen met at a function.
A parent reported the incident, according to authorities at the Southeast barracks of the New York State Police. Troopers arrested Wheeler Tuesday night.
He was released pending a future appearance in Patterson Justice Court.
