Verplanck Man Charged with DWI after Traffic Stop in Croton

Brian J. Snyder, 37, of Verplanck, is due in Croto village court to answer two felony charges of driving under the influence of drugs and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Police on patrol stopped him at 2:57 a.m. April 3 on Route 9 northbound near the Senasqua Road exit. They found his driver's license was revoked. Further investigation was conducted, which resulted in the DWI charge. 

He was booked and arraigned, and paid $300 bail.
