Arbor Weekend at Wave Hill April 28-30

Most of the Arbor Weekend activities are free with admission to the grounds. Read on for event information.

From Wave Hill: Trees are essential to Wave Hill’s landscape. They provide a constant backdrop to the ever-changing garden plantings. They frame our magnificent views of the Hudson and the Palisades. And they offer food and shelter for wildlife and welcome shade for our visitors in summer.

Arbor Weekend pays homage to this magnificent collection just as they reach the height of spring flowering. Get to know our tree-rific friends through guided landscape walks, a Junior Arborist Station, a neighborhood tree walk, a woodsy art workshop, a juniper-inspired cooking demo and more. See below for a full list of activities.

With the exception of Saturday’s Trees of Riverdale neighborhood walk and the art workshop Woodgrain Prints and Monoprints on Sunday, all Arbor Weekend activities are free with admission to the grounds.
