NSW Declares Flood and High Wind Watch
A flood watch will remain in effect from Friday morning through Saturday.

The National Weather Service has declared a flood watch for Westchester, parts of New Jersey and Connecticut from 7 a.m. Friday, until Saturday morning.
The combination of the snowy and frozen ground, with significant rainfall may flood roadways, underpasses and streams.
The NSW advises residents to monitor their local forecasts, and for those living in flood zones—be prepared to evacuate if necessary.
