Dragonfly Cares

We’re Dragonfly Cares, a group of providers offering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Speech-Language Therapy across Long Island. Our goal is to support children as well as the caregivers around them, while emphasizing community engagement and transparency. Our goal from the start has been to create a supportive network and uplifting environment for the families and therapists we work with. No more one-size fits all models, we provide more and always will. Each group is led by a BCBA and includes 1:1 support from a trained behavior technician. Groups are thoughtfully formed based on each child’s individual needs and skill sets. It’s a wonderful opportunity for your child to build social skills, communication, and more—all in a fun and supportive environment! A man who tried to cross the Seaford-Oyster Bay Expressway was fatally struck by a vehicle on Saturday morning, police say.According to authorities, 22-year-old Farmingdale resident Christopher Brown was attempting to cross the southbound lanes when he was struck by a 2004 Toyota 4-Runner at Exit 7 in Bethpage at 3:45 a.m.Brown suffered multiple trauma injuries and was pronounced deceased by an Emergency Medical Technician.The driver of the Toyota remained at the scene.The vehicle was impounded for a safety check.
