2012 Recap: Briarcliff Manor Police Arrests
The following information is from the police department. Arrests do not indicate convictions.
The Briarcliff Manor Police Department processed 113 total arrests in 2012, Lieutenant Donald Gorey told Patch.
The majority of the arrests were driving-related—Gorey said 65 combined suspended driver's license and suspended vehicle registration arrests were conducted by members of the BMPD throughout the year.

- 7 Driving While Intoxicated
- 7 Criminal Possession of Stolen Property
- 6 Criminal Possession of Controlled Substance
- 4 Juvenile
- 3 Grand Larceny
- 1 Assault
- 1 Aggravated Harassment
- 1 Burglary
- 65 Suspended License and/or Registration
- 11 Miscellaneous
Last year, the department reported a total of 170 arrests.
