Accident Investigation Leads to Pleasantville DWI Arrest

A woman was charged with drunken driving after an accident on Manville Road Saturday morning, according to Pleasantville Police.

Police went to the area of 570 Manville Road at about 6:40 a.m. to investigate a report of an accident.

Following the accident investigation, Kathleen Haggerty, 38, was arrested and charged with DWI.

The Sleepy Hollow woman reportedly had a blood alcohol content (BAC) of .15 percent, above the legal limit of .08 percent.

She is due in Pleasantville Court on February 19.
