After Cold Spell, Pleasantville & Briarcliff Warm Up
The National Weather Service is calling for temperatures up to 57 degrees this week.

After temperatures in Briarcliff Manor and Pleasantville dipped below freezing this week, locals may be able to venture outside with one less layer or two over the coming days.
The forecast has already prompted the Village of Briarcliff Manor to shut down its recently-opened ice skating rink through at least Thursday.
Today, the National Weather Service predicts a 20 percent chance of showers during the day and 30 percent tonight with a high of 45.

Tomorrow, temperatures could reach 57 degrees during the day.
But while you may be able to turn down the thermostat a tad indoors, there may not be too much time to soak up the warmth outside—"Showers likely, with thunderstorms also possible after 4 p.m.," NWS reports.

Tomorrow's chance of "heavy rain" is 70 percent during the day and 80 percent at night.
Thursday is expected to clear up a bit, according to the "partly sunny" forecast, with a high of 43 degrees.
A party sunny Friday's temperatures will be back down in the 30s, however, with a current high of 35 degrees predicted.
