Borgia Plans to Seek Second Westchester Legislature Term
Ossining Town Councilman Peter Tripodi recently announced he will challenge the current legislator.

Westchester County Legislator Catherine Borgia (D—District 9) is looking for a second term representing all or parts of Ossining, Peekskill, Cortlandt, Croton and Briarcliff Manor, she announced today.
"After successfully completing her first term as a county legislator and chair of the Westchester County Government Operations Committee, Borgia is seeking to have the opportunity to continue serving and working for Westchester residents," she announced in a statement Friday.
The note says residents "are invited to stand with Catherine Borgia as she details the work she has done and accomplished during her first term, as well as her plans and goal for the next term" during a press conference on Saturday, June 1 at 3 p.m. at Ossining's Louis Engel Park.
Ossining Town Councilman Peter Tripodi, a Republican, previously announced that he will be challenging Borgia this November.
