Briarcliff First Responders Head to Taconic Accident [Updated]
Local responders received a report of an accident with injuries just before 4 p.m. Monday.
Update, 7:19 p.m.
Briarcliff Manor Fire Department Chief Robert O'Hanlon reporting receiving a 3:54 p.m. call for a motor vehicle accident with injuries in the Hawthorne section of the Taconic State Parkway.
He scene of the accident turned out to be near the Valhalla train station, he reported.
According to O'Hanlon, it appears the accident involved property damage, but no injuries.

Briarcliff Manor's fire and ambulance responders have been dispatched to the scene of a reported motor vehicle accident in the southbound lanes of the Taconic State Parkway, village police confirmed to Patch.
The accident was reported at approximately 4 p.m. today in the parkway's southbound lanes.
