Briarcliff Man Arrested for Drug Possession

A call from an Ossining CVS employee about stolen items at the store resulted in two drug arrests.

An Ossining CVS employee called police to tell them that someone had stolen a number of items from the store. The worker then said that the suspect, who was wearing a grey hooded sweatshirt, got into car across the street.

Investigators pulled up to the car and talked to the two men who were inside. While talking to the men, they saw that what looked like the stolen goods inside the car. Officers searched the car and found that both of the men had Oxycodone on them.

Police are now charging 23-year-old Briarcliff Manor residents Gregory Dealto and 23-year-old Anthony Prinz in connection with the Tuesday night incident. Dealto faces drug charges and Prinz faces felony charges for possession of stolen property, in addition to drug charges.
