Briarcliff Manor UFSD Budget Proposes 1.51 Percent Increase

PLEASANTVILLE-BRIARCLIFF MANOR, NY—The proposed 2017-18 budget for the Briarcliff Manor UFSD includes an increase of 2.52 percent over current spending.

Total proposed spending for the school year is $51,464,869. The proposed increase in the taxlevy is 1.51 percent compared to the allowable tax levy increase of 2 percent mandated by the state.

The school district will hold an informational hearing on the proposed budget on May 9. The vote on
the budget will be held on May 16.
