Clear View School Clinical Director Appointed To County Role

Dr. Elaine Haagen was appointed to the Westchester County Community Services Board.

As clinical director of the Clear View School & Day Treatment Center, Dr. Elaine Haagen has spent most of her professional life working with children who have serious emotional, social and behavioral challenges. In addition to providing psychiatric services, the doctor oversees the organization’s clinical program and works closely with the special education staff to fully integrate academic and therapeutic services for each student.

When asked about her recent appointment, Dr. Haagen replied, “It is exciting to work with such experienced and dedicated mental health leaders in Westchester County to help formulate plans for future mental health services needs of many communities in the County.”
