Closed Till Saturday: Saw Mill Parkway Ramps To, From Marble Avenue

This is part of the ongoing bridge replacement and rehabilitation project.

PLEASANTVILLE, NY — The Saw Mill River Parkway ramps to and from Marble Avenue in Mount Pleasant are expected to close on weeknights beginning Wednesday.

Crews will be working on the north- and southbound sides, weather permitting, between 9 p.m. and 6 a.m. through Friday between 9 p.m. and 6 a.m.

Motorists should use the posted detour at Exit 29 (Bedford Road) and Exit 30 (Grant Street) as alternatives.

This closure is necessary to facilitate paving work as part of the ongoing bridge replacement and rehabilitation project in lower Westchester.

Remember, slow down and drive responsibly in work zones. Fines are doubled for speeding in a work zone. Convictions of two or more speeding violations in a work zone could result in the suspension of your drivers license.
