Winning Powerball, Powerball Powerplay Tickets Sold At That 'Lucky' Hudson Valley Smoke Shop

The New York Lottery announced that two prize-winning tickets were sold in Orange County for the Dec. 13 Powerball drawing.

NEWBURGH, NY — A stop at a well-known Hudson Valley smoke shop has paid off big time for two people.

The store became famous in 2023.

It sold two $1 million tickets in November 2022, two seven-figure lottery tickets in January 2023 and a $2 million winning Powerball ticket in October 2023, ABC7 reported. Then, in one week in March 2024, the smoke shop sold two million-dollar winning tickets, ABC reported.

More recently, the New York Lottery announced a third-prize-winning Powerplay ticket worth $100,000, and a third-prize-winning ticket worth $50,000, were sold on Dec. 13, at the Smokes 4 Less, located on North Plank Road in Newburgh.

The winning numbers for the drawing were 1-28-31-57-58, and a Powerball of 16.

The winning numbers for the Powerball game are drawn from a field of one to 69. The red Powerball is drawn from a separate field of one to 26. The Powerball drawing is televised every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday at 10:59 p.m.
