Halloween in July; Rolling Stones Documentary

1. It's Halloween in July! Kids ages two-and-a-half through seven are invited to Law Park this afternoon for a summertime Halloween celebration. Get the details here.

4. Wednesday's weather won't be akin to a furnace—temps should peak around 83—but the UV index is high. Be sure to apply sunscreen if you're outside for an extended period of time. Skies will be partly cloudy, with a 20-percent chance of rain.
