Heavy Rain, Scattered Flooding Possible Across The Hudson Valley
The National Weather Service has issued hazardous outlooks for storms Monday night and Tuesday. Here's the latest.

HUDSON VALLEY, NY — Showers and thunderstorms through the region from Monday night into Tuesday evening could produce locally heavy rain and flash flooding.
"A completely saturated, off the charts, tropical like atmosphere late tonight and early Tuesday will have capabilities of producing heavy downpours with rainfall rates in excess of 1" to 2" per hour," said Bruce Furbeck of First Due Weather.
The National Weather Service issued a hazardous outlook for Orange, Putnam, Rockland and Westchester counties that covers Monday and Tuesday: Showers and thunderstorms could produce locally heavy rainfall that leads to scattered areas of flash flooding, mainly late Monday night and early Tuesday morning. Isolated strong to severe thunderstorms are possible during this time as well.
