Pleasantville Court: Strangulation Suspect Remains Incarcerated

TASC Referral for Controlled Substance Defendants
Jake Iadanza and Evan Wildberger, both 19, were arrested on September 22 and charged with alleged possession of cocaine.

Iadanza, of Centerport, NY, and Wildberger, of Lindenhurst, NY, are each charged with felony Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Fourth Degree and two counts of Criminally Using Drug Paraphernalia in the Second Degree, misdemeanors.
On November 27, Assistant District Attorney James Bavero said his office did not yet have an offer for the co-defendants.

Iadanza was directed to Treatment Alternatives for Safe Communities (TASC) for treatment. Wildberger's attorney stated his client had previously been referred to the program.
The cases were then adjourned to Jan. 8, 2013 on consent.
Strangulation Suspect Remains Incacerated
Tyrell Jones of Ossining, the 34-year-old man accused of breaking into a Pleasantville woman's home and assaulting her and a police officer, remains incarcerated.
In addition to the charges related to the alleged August incident, Jones has additional charges that have resurfaced relatng to a June 1 arrest—when he was accused of Criminal Mischief in the Fourth Degree and Criminal Trespassing in the Second Degree in the village. He also has an active Criminal Contempt in the Second Degree charge active in local court.
In Westchester County Court, Jones is accused of Aggravated Unlicense Operation of a vehicle in the First Degree and a felony DWI.
There is no bail set in any of the cases.
In Pleasantville last week, Bavero pushed for a resolution soon in the case after noting it has been active for several months.
The cases were adjourned until December 11.
