Pleasantville Police Blotter: Loud Music; Dreidel Damage
The following information is from the police department. Arrests do not indicate convictions.

Here's a look at some of the incidents investigated by the Pleasantville Police Department from Dec. 22 to 30, 2012:
Friday, Dec. 28
2:51 p.m. — A Broadway resident called police and reported that it appeared someone had entered his daughter's car. He stated there was no damage to the car or items missing, but it was clear someone had rifled through the glove box. Police filed a report.

4:15 a.m. — A police officer reported observing damage to the village's dreidel at the intersection of Manville Road and Great Oak Lane. The officer said the dreidel's base was broken. At 8:44 a.m., another officer reported the base was fixed.
Thursday, Dec. 27

12:50 p.m. — A Manville Road resident called police to report her car had been damaged sometime overnight while parked in her driveway. She told police the rear windshield wiper, valued at approximately $200, was damaged.
Tuesday, Dec. 25
11:17 a.m. — A Valhalla resident called police to report property damage at a Pleasantville building. Read more here.
Monday, Dec. 24
2:56 p.m. — The Pleasantville Fire Department was dispatched to a Fairway Drive address after a home security system alerted police of a possible fire. Police reported fire responders were canceled once on the scene.
Sunday, Dec. 23
2:01 a.m. — A Bedford Road resident called police and reported loud music and people yelling near Michael's Tavern. Police responded to the business and asked Michael's staff to lower the music. Responding officers reported a group of people hanging out outside the bar moved back inside.
