Saturday is our final market with the fall hours of 8:30am - 1:00pm. Please note the Market is closed on 11/25. We reopen at the Plaza on Saturday, 12/2, with the winter hours of 9:30am - 12:00am.
On behalf of the Market and all its vendors, we THANK YOU for shopping with us all season. We hope you will stick with us all winter as our producers remain a weekly source of healthy and inspiring food. Your patronage makes a big difference to the families of our producers. Lead Sponsor Northwell Health Tip:
"Apple cider vinegar (ACV) contains acetic acid, vitamin C, and B vitamins. Acetic acid can increase the body's absorption of important minerals from the foods we eat. Several studies have shown ACV consumption in patients with Type 2 diabetes improved their blood sugar control, insulin levels, and high triglyceride levels". (Dancing Spirits Herbs will be in this Saturday with their diverse line of apple cider vinegars). Brought to you by Northern Westchester and Phelps, your local Northwell hospitals.

VENDOR HIGHLIGHTS
Big breakfast news: Having found an audience for their delicious Momo dumplings all season, Himalayan Delish is now offering egg sandwiches, served 8:30am - 10:00am, using fresh eggs from Hilly Acres Farm and a choice of Orwasher's onion or Ciabatta roll.
Whitecliff Vineyards will bring a great lineup of Thanksgiving wines to the Market: Awosting, Riesling and Red Trail (for those who want a fruity note to complement the sweet potatoes and cranberry sauce), Gamay Noir (a terrific light-bodied dry red--and Hudson Valley grown--that won't overpower the turkey), and the debut of a new release with a 10% off new release price -- their 2021 Blanc de Gamay Noir (a crisp, distinctive dry white made from the vineyard's Gamay Noir grapes -- a variety known in the Jura region of France but VERY rare in American wine production).
With the holidays upcoming, Edgwick Farm is offering two holiday seasonal pairings with its Canterbury soft goat cheese: Cranberry Orange (sweet), and Sun-dried Tomato Garlic (savory). Also available for the entire holiday season are Holiday Cheese Balls (sweet or savory) and Chocolate Goat Cheese Truffles.
Dancing Sprits Herbs will be in with their full line of unique savor and sweet pine vinegars, bath and face scrubs, and herbal balms.
Dutch Desserts has plenty of scrumptious pumpkin tarts in their final week with us this year.
Bombay Chutney Company is highlighting their Cranberry Chutney for upcoming Thanksgiving celebration. This is a great item to take it to the host, or for the table at home, and delicious on turkey leftovers.
Mead Orchards has their apple cherry cider again. Great for the holidays -- pick up some for your family this week.
Hilly Acres Farm will be at the Market with pork, beef, chicken, plenty of fresh brown eggs and all turkeys preordered for pickup.
Chaseholm Farm Creamery has cows milk soft and hard cheeses. We're highlighting their Stella Vallis -- known for its nutty aspect underscored by a cheddary sharpness -- excellent for pairing with sweet fruit like market apples.
3x3 Kitchen Provisions will have a diverse gluten free holiday menu options including unique breads (extra large Sourdough, Cranberry Walnut Sourdough, Pecan & Gruyere Sourdough, Forbidden Rice Batard), savory items (quiches, Beef Bourguignon Pot Pie), and sweet treats (Heirloom Pumpkin Pie, Marzipan Stollen, Ginger Snaps, Apple Pie, Honey Apple Turnovers).
Kriemhild Dairy Farms will be at the Market this week with their full line of Organic grass-fed dairy products. They will also have egg nog available this week!
Spice Revolution still has favorite Thanksgiving spices and turkey/poultry brine.
Wright's Farm has a diverse line of winter squash, preserves, pastured eggs, fresh apples, and plenty of unique pies made on the farm.
Woven Stars Farm has a full restock of their lamb products: ground, stew meat, shoulder chops, leg steaks, shanks and roasts! Their lamb leg steaks are best seared on a stove top with garlic, rosemary and salt and then finished off in the oven.
Kyle Nisonger, of Maple View Farms, notes that his salad greens are pre-washed and perfect for the holiday week. The greens are spun dry so they'll keep in the refrigerator until the guests arrive next week.
This Saturday Spirits Lab will make their last visit of 2023. Their next is April 2024, so stock up!
Nina of Bobolink Dairy & Bakehouse is highlighting that their Jean Louis and Jean Louis blue cheeses are ripe and coming to market -- ideal with fall apples and Market artisanal breads (including Bobolink's own ciabattas!).
Little Seed Gardens concludes another great season with us this Saturday. Seek them out for greens, root veggies, ginger, and squash such as Butternut, Honeynut, Autumn Frost, and Acorn squash.
Bien Cuit has breads with a dependably crunchy crust and tangy soft interior. Gather what you need to add some flavor to your week!
