Earl L. Vandermeulen High School Orchestra Performs Holiday Concert for Village Senior Citizens

Seventh and eighth-grade orchestra students from Earl L. Vandermeulen High School brought holiday cheer to the community by performing a special Holiday Concert for Port Jefferson Village senior citizens in December at the Port Jefferson Village Center.

The students performed a festive selection of seasonal music, spreading joy and celebrating the holiday spirit with members of the senior community. The event provided students with a meaningful opportunity to share their musical talents while giving back to the community.

The concert was organized in collaboration with Renee Lemmerman, Director of Recreation for the Village of Port Jefferson. Her support and coordination were instrumental in making the event a success. Earl L. Vandermeulen High School is proud of its orchestra students for their dedication, musicianship, and community involvement, and extends sincere thanks to the Port Jefferson Village senior citizens for their warm and enthusiastic audience.
