Port Jeff residents can buy a LA Fitness membership while the gym is still under construction.
LA Fitness is opening a Preview Center for its new Route 112 store in the Uncle Giuseppe's shopping center.
Residents will have an opportunity to buy memberships and view plans for the new gym.
The LA Fitness will be a 45,000-square-foot, two-story building spanning roughly 2 acres.
Construction workers could be see working on the building's frame through Friday's heat.
