The Richard and Mary Morrison family, owners of the new Graceful Rose Restaurant on West Broadway in Port Jefferson, hosted an event to honor the boys soccer team who . The Morrison Foundation donated championship rings to the team presented to each member of the squad by Debra Ferry, the school district's director of athletics. SuperintendentKenneth Bossert delivered a proclamation from Senator Ken LaValle's office. The students also received a championship sweatshirt to commemorate their prestigious victory, courtesy of head varsity coach John Poulianos.
