Suffolk County detectives are asking for the public's help to identify and locate a man who stole $700 worth of tools from a store in Stony Brook last month. According to police, a man stole a Porter-Cable eight tool combo kit and a DeWalt two tool combo kit from Lowes on 2150 Nesconset Highway on Oct. 18 at around 6:30 a.m. Suffolk County Crime Stoppers are offering a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest. Anyone with information about these incidents can contact Suffolk County Crime Stoppers to submit an anonymous tip by calling 1-800-220-TIPS, texting "SCPD" and your message to "CRIMES" (274637) or by email at <a href="http://www.tipsubmit.com" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">www.tipsubmit.com</a>.
