3. Nearby News: One person died early Sunday morning during a crash on the Long Island Expressway. It happened around 12:35 a.m. on the LIE near exit 65. The driver and passenger were both taken to Long Island Community Hospital where the driver was pronounced dead, and the passenger was treated for injuries. No criminality is found at this time.
