  1. The Outdoor Ice Skating in the Port Jefferson Village Center opens on Saturday, Nov. 26. If you are looking forward to starting enjoying family-friendly winter outings, the rank will be open all day. (Port Jefferson Village Center)
  2. Kiddos will be at the Port Jefferson Free Library to "Read to a Dog" on Tuesday, Nov. 2. Chester, the dog, loves kids and to hear stories. The program stimulates the little one's imagination and public speaking skills. The fun starts at 5:30 p.m. for kids aged 5-12 years.
