Port Jefferson L.I. Pour House To Serve Free Thanksgiving Buffet

Buffet will start at noon and run until 3 p.m.

The L.I. Pour House in Port Jefferson announced it will serve a free Thanksgiving buffet for the second consecutive year.

The restaurant, located at 650 Rt. 112 Port Jefferson Station, served about 100 people last year, Anthony Pallino, the restaurant's owner, told Greater Port Jeff.

“We serve turkey, stuffing, and other assorted Thanksgiving treats in a buffet manner,” he said.

Known for its craft beer selection and wide-ranging menu that includes, pizza, burgers and barbeque, the Pour House will be serving a traditional Thanksgiving selection for "homeless people who don't want to be alone," Pallino said.

The Thanksgiving meal will be served from noon to 3 p.m.

The Pour House allows customers to log into its state-of-the-art tap beer system so they can start a tab, get a card and pour their own beer. Customers can choose between 20 craft beers.
