The 1101 President St. building comes with in-unit washers and dryers, a recreation room, a gym, a business center, a rooftop terrace and outdoor areas, according to the listing.
The housing lottery comes nearly a year after the long-awaited — and often controversial — community center at the armory officially opened its doors. The building, now called the Major R. Owens Health and Wellness Community Center, includes 60,000-square-foot facilities.
Apartments in the armory's second residential building hit the affordable housing lottery last summer.
In all, the residential portion of the Armory project is slated to bring 415 homes, 250 of which will be set aside as affordable.
