Far Rockaway Man Sentenced After Fatal Shooting Of 15-Year-Old: DA
Atekel Donaldson, 26, was sentenced to 17 years in prison after Youssef Soliman was shot dead as he was getting off a city bus.
QUEENS — A Far Rockaway man was sentenced to prison after the fatal shooting of a 15-year-old boy in 2018, prosecutors said.
Atekel Donaldson, 26, was sentenced to 17 years in prison after Youssef Soliman was shot dead as he was getting off a city bus in front of 46-15 Beach Channel Drive, near Beach 47th St., on the afternoon of February 18, 2018, Queens District Attorney Melinda Katz.
Donaldson shot Soliman twice, striking him in the hand and torso, causing the 15-year-old’s death, Katz said.
