Police late Wednesday released a photo and video of a youth wearing glasses and hooded sweatshirt who they said drew the hateful symbol.
The youth walked up to a Honda Pilot about 5:45 p.m. along 70th Street near Metropolitan Avenue and scribbled a swastika on its rear bumper, police said. He then ran off, authorities said.
