Man Shot Dead Inside Richmond Hill Smoke Shop: Police

QUEENS — A 20-year-old man was shot dead inside a smoke shop in Richmond Hill over the weekend, police said.

Daryus Clarke, from Jamaica, was shot inside “The Plug” located at 109-27 Jamaica Avenue, near 110th St., after three men entered the store to steal merchandise and later shot Clarke in the chest about 12:15 p.m. on Saturday, the NYPD said.

The 20-year-was taken to Jamaica Medical Center, where he died, authorities said.

The robbers fled in a white Toyota 4-door sedan, and no arrests have been made, police said.
